About the Role

We're hiring an Account & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, maintain accurate records, ensure statutory compliance, and prepare financial reports. You'll report cash position to your manager, follow up with clients, and work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

- Maintain daily cash flow records and report bank/cash balances
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and keep ageing reports updated
- Maintain ledgers, carry out scrutiny, and complete month-end and year-end closing
- Follow up with clients on payments and documents; issue and track client retention letters
- Handle payroll and review expense and freight claims per Indian tax laws
- Prepare monthly cost-center P&L;, variance reports, MIS, and financial statements
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Skilled Tax compliance
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations




- Coordinate annual audits and enforce internal controls
- Work with Sales, Operations, HR, and Admin to resolve discrepancies and close pending items

What We're Looking For

- B.Com, BBA Finance, or MBA Finance preferred
- 3+ years as an Accountant or Accounts Executive, including 1+ year in taxation
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; Tally preferred
- Experience with multi-cost-center accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
