Job Title:

Account Executive – Personal Accounting & Taxation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage personal financial records, handle day-to-day bookkeeping, and support financial planning for an individual or family. The role involves maintaining accurate records of income, expenses, investments, and ensuring timely bill payments and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain complete records of personal income, expenses, and investments
- Track daily financial transactions and update ledgers
- Manage bill payments (utilities, rent, EMIs, subscriptions, etc.)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly
- Interaction with Banker for day to day transactions
- Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly expense reports
- Assist in personal budgeting and savings planning
- Maintain and coordinate for records of assets, liabilities, and investments (FDs, mutual funds, stocks, etc.) and queries related.
- Coordinate with CA for income tax filing and documentation




- Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues
- Organize and securely maintain financial documents and records
- Provide periodic financial summaries and insights

Required Skills:

- Robust understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and accounting tools (like Tally or Zoho Books)
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive personal financial data responsibly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting / finance (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or personal finance management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) or family accounts
- Familiarity with investments (mutual funds, stocks, insurance)
