About the Role:

We're looking for a customer-focused and AI-savvy Account Executive to work closely with our enterprise customers at Intellemo AI.

In this role, you'll understand customers' video requirements and help them use Intellemo AI effectively to create high-quality AI videos. You'll act as a bridge between the customer's creative requirements and the capabilities of the Intellemo platform.

From understanding what kind of video a customer wants to create to helping them with the right scripts, prompts, storyboards, visuals, and AI workflows, you'll guide customers on how to get the best possible output from Intellemo AI.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a consultative, customer-facing role combining account management, AI video expertise, creative problem-solving, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business, brand, campaign, and video content requirements.
- Understand the customer's desired video output and recommend the best approach to create it using Intellemo AI.
- Guide customers through the complete AI video creation process, from idea and script to storyboard, visuals, voiceovers, and final video generation.
- Help customers write and refine scripts, prompts, and creative instructions to achieve better AI-generated outputs.
- Recommend suitable video styles, characters, voices, visual approaches, and workflows based on the customer's requirements.
- Educate customers on Intellemo AI features and best practices so they can use the platform effectively and independently.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, working sessions, and consultations with enterprise customers when required.




- Help customers troubleshoot challenges they encounter while creating videos and suggest the best way to achieve their desired results.
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of different AI video-generation approaches and set appropriate expectations with customers.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise accounts and become their primary point of contact for AI video creation and platform-related guidance.
- Identify recurring customer requirements, challenges, and use cases and share these insights with the Product and AI teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Creative, and Technical teams when a customer's requirement needs additional support.
- Stay updated with Intellemo AI's latest capabilities and developments in AI video generation to continuously improve customer guidance.
- Experiment with different AI workflows, prompts, and creative approaches to develop best practices that can be shared with customers.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with enterprise customers.
- Strong interest in AI video generation, generative AI, and emerging creative technologies.
- Ability to understand a customer's business or creative requirement and translate it into an effective AI video approach.
- Good understanding of storytelling, scripts, prompts, visual composition, and video flow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer requirements.
- Ability to explain technical or AI-related concepts in easy, easy-to-understand language.
- Strong attention to detail and a good creative eye.




- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and customer requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable conducting customer calls, product walkthroughs, and working sessions.
- Eagerness to continuously experiment with and learn recent AI tools and workflows.

Good to Have:

- Experience in account management, customer success, client servicing, creative consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B customers.
- Familiarity with AI video tools such as Intellemo AI, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI prompting and tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, or other generative AI platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, advertising, and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience working with creative agencies, marketing teams, brands, or content teams.
