About the Role

Masters Union is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions journey and drive enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and understand their career/education goals.

Conduct calls and consultations to explain programs, curriculum, and career outcomes.

Manage leads, follow-ups, and the complete admission funnel.

Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate lead and counselling records.

This is not a Sales-driven role.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in inside sales/admissions/counselling, preferably in Education/EdTech/Start-Up

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented with a solid focus on conversions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.:

- Prior experience in selling Data Science, AI, or Tech-related courses.
- Previous work experience in the EdTech industry.
