- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding suitable academic programs based on their educational background, career goals, and professional aspirations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and other communication channels to engage with prospective learners.
- Understand students requirements and provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, admission process, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads through regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the programs.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the counselling and admission journey.
- Achieve individual and team-wise admission/sales targets within defined timelines.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and ensure timely closure of leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling interactions, and conversions in CRM or internal systems.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as admissions, operations, and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on the organization’s academic programs, admission policies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Address student queries and concerns professionally while ensuring a positive counselling experience.
- Participate in campaigns, webinars, seminars, and other student engagement activities when required.
- Prepare regular reports related to lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and target achievement.
- Maintain professional communication and uphold the organization’s standards while interacting with students and other stakeholders.

Shift Timings - 1 pm to 10 pm (UK) & 8 pm to 5 am (US) Working Days- Monday to Friday
