Academic Counsellor (Onsite – Gurugram)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month gross + Uncapped Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to join our team as Academic Counsellors. The role involves handling warm leads, counselling prospects, following up, and converting leads into admissions/sales.

Responsibilities:

- Handle 100–120 warm calls per day
- Conduct detailed counselling calls with prospects
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain lead updates in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience

Requirements:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ year of experience in sales, counselling, business development, or a similar role
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with high call volumes and follow-ups
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Compensation & Targets:

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 gross/month (10% TDS)
- Incentives: Uncapped, performance-based
- Monthly Target: ₹6–20 Lakhs
- Salary Cycle: 26th–25th
- Payout: 3rd/4th of the following month

Work Schedule: 5 days/week

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: On-site

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
