Responsibilities

Lead Calling Follow-ups

- Make outbound calls to student leads under the guidance of the counselling team
- Explain basic information about our courses and programs
- Follow up with interested students and parents
- Maintain call records and update lead status
- Assist the team in scheduling counselling sessions and follow-ups

Walk-in Student Handling

- Welcome and assist students and parents visiting the academy
- Understand students interests, educational background, and career goals
- Assist counsellors during student counselling sessions
- Provide basic information about courses, duration, fees, batches, and schedules
- Help create a positive and professional experience for students

Counselling Admissions Support

- Assist students in understanding suitable courses based on their interests
- Explain basic course benefits and learning opportunities
- Support the counselling team in converting enquiries into admissions
- Assist students throughout the enquiry and admission process
- Build positive relationships with students and parents

Query Handling

- Respond to basic student queries through calls and WhatsApp
- Assist with questions related to courses, batches, schedules, and fees
- Escalate complex queries to senior counsellors or management
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents

Reports Lead Management

- Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries,



and follow-ups
- Update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports
- Track follow-up status and pending enquiries
- Support the team with basic data entry and analysis
