She should be able to guide, motivate and train teachers and not just instruct them. she should have the ability to balance between management, teachers and parents. She should have excellent spoken English, warm and empathetic communication with parents and children.
Should have a keen eye for classroom quality, child behaviour and learning gaps. Creative in curriculum planning, activity celebrations and themes. Punctual, systematic and looking for long term association.
Should have knowledge of working with excel and power point presentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
