Role Description The Academic Coach – PROPEL is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak, supporting schools that implement LEAD’s PROPEL multi-modal learning solution. This role involves closely partnering with school leaders and teachers to improve classroom practices, drive academic rigor, and ensure effective use of LEAD’s curriculum and technology.
The Academic
Coach will conduct classroom observations, model lessons, and provide regular coaching sessions and workshops to build teacher capability and confidence. The role includes monitoring student learning outcomes, analyzing performance data, and recommending interventions to improve results.

Coach will also coordinate implementation activities, gather feedback from stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to refine training and support materials.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust academic coaching and pedagogy skills, including experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in training and facilitation, such as designing educator workshops, leading group sessions, and providing one-on-one coaching and feedback.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication, relationship-building with school leaders and teachers, and collaborative teamwork.
- Candidates should possess basic data and analytical skills, such as interpreting student performance reports, tracking progress, and using insights to guide interventions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to plan school visits, manage multiple stakeholders, and document coaching activities systematically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience as a teacher, academic coordinator, instructional coach, or similar role in K–12 schools is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using educational technology tools and digital platforms in classrooms, along with proficiency in basic computer applications.
