? Hiring: Academic Counsellor / International Sales Executive

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals with a background in Academic Counselling, International Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.
- Guide students regarding suitable courses, universities, countries, and admission processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their admission journey.
- Handle regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments by using effective sales and counselling techniques.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets during intake cycles.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Student Counsellors, Visa, Loans, Test Prep, and other support functions.
- Track student applications and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure timely completion.




- Provide excellent student service while maintaining a student-first approach.

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in: Academic Counselling, International Sales, Inside Sales, Education/EdTech Sales.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple leads.
- Graduate/MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a relevant field preferred.
