Job Purpose:

Engage key partners; ensure superior service

Enhance deposit portfolio; process transactions accurately

Activate partners; maintain deposit renewal ratio

Support centre head for business targets

Ensure KYC compliance; meet regulatory needs

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure error-free transaction processing

Coordinate with WBO, CCOT for deposits

Liaise with central team for commission, GST

Process forms accurately; maintain records

Manage stationery for forms, change requests

Adhere to KYC, regulatory requirements

Support centre head for deposit mobilization

Generate liability leads from partners

Engage partners for renewal ratio

Organize partner meetings; update on changes

Engage partners for auto-renewal of deposits

Seek additional business from existing partners





Activate inactive partners; support recent partners

Ensure 100% rekyc of customers

Ensure 50% customers hold two products

Resolve partner queries promptly

Resolve partner-led customer issues within TAT

Fulfill partner-generated leads within TAT

Enter complaints in CRM; resolve within TAT

Process HNW customer service requests

Inform partners of regulatory changes

Complete assigned training modules

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate (Min)

AMFI Certification (Optional)

IRDA Certification (Optional)

NCFM Certification (Optional)
