Role: Copilot Studio Engineer

Location: EPIP Area, Whitefield

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, AI, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, automation, AI solutions, or Power Platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Experience designing and deploying conversational AI solutions, chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI agents.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
- Experience integrating applications and services through REST APIs, custom connectors, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- A solid focus on reusability, modular design, and standardization to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience with testing strategies, quality assurance, and release management processes
