3D Architectural Visualizer – Rooftop Concept & Site SupportJob Description

We are looking for a 3D Architectural Visualizer to create conceptual and presentation-ready rooftop and luxury architectural designs. The candidate should be able to develop accurate 3D models from GFC/architectural drawings and support site execution when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models and visualizations for rooftop and architectural concepts.
- Develop designs based on GFC and architectural drawings.
- Create curved, contemporary and premium rooftop concepts.
- Prepare realistic renders with materials, textures, lighting and landscaping.
- Convert 2D/GFC drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Coordinate with architects and execution/site teams.
- Make design revisions based on project requirements.
- Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client approvals.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and support execution.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure the approved concept is practically executable.

Mandatory Qualification

- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture
- M.Arch – Master of Architecture
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship

Architecture qualification is mandatory. Required Software & Skills

- SketchUp – 3D Modelling
- Lumion – Rendering
- D5 Render – Realistic Rendering
- GFC Drawings – Reading and understanding construction drawings
- Good knowledge of architectural detailing and proportions.
- Solid 3D visualization and presentation skills.

Candidate Requirements





- Fresher / 0–8 years’ experience.
- Strong architectural visualisation and design sense.
- Good understanding of rooftop and architectural concepts.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required for execution.
- Portfolio of 3D architectural work is preferred.
