Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop HVAC products such as AHUs, FWUs, PAHUs, and CRAHs. The role involves product design, 3D modeling, engineering calculations, manufacturing support, and product customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop HVAC products including AHUs, FWUs, PAHUs, and CRAHs.
- Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or Creo.
- Prepare BOMs, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Perform airflow calculations, fan selection, coil selection, and pressure drop analysis.
- Design sheet metal components, structural frames, enclosures, and cooling assemblies.
- Support product customization as per customer and project requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Participate in product testing, validation,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with AHRI, Eurovent, and company standards.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC product design.
- Hands-on experience in AHU, FWU, PAHU, and CRAH design.
- Experience with HVAC manufacturing and product development environments.
