About the RoleMasterMaint Technical Services LLC is looking for a creative, technically skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer – Draftsman & Estimator to join our team on a fully remote basis.

The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D designs and visualizations, preparing detailed 2D technical drawings, developing BOQs and quantity take-offs, and preparing project estimates for landscaping, swimming pool, outdoor and related technical projects.

The role requires strong proficiency in design software as well as an understanding of construction drawings, materials, quantities and costing.

Key Responsibilities3D Design & Visualization

- Create detailed 3D models and realistic renders for landscape, swimming pool and outdoor projects.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Create 3D models of swimming pools, gardens, paving, pergolas, planters, water features and outdoor structures.
- Prepare high-quality presentation renders for clients.
- Make design revisions based on client and project requirements.
- Prepare material, colour and finish presentations.

2D Drafting & Technical Drawings
- Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings for project execution.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, layouts and construction details.
- Prepare landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation and swimming-pool drawings.
- Convert approved 3D concepts into detailed working and construction drawings.
- Incorporate site measurements and project revisions into drawings.
- Ensure drawings are properly dimensioned and technically accurate.

Estimation & BOQ
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings and specifications.
- Calculate quantities for civil works, landscaping, paving, concrete, tiles, irrigation, swimming pools and related works.




- Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare project cost estimates and commercial quotations.
- Calculate material and labour costs.
- Coordinate with project/procurement teams to verify material prices and quantities.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQs and actual project requirements.

Required Software SkillsCandidates should have strong working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD – 2D drafting, working drawings and technical detailing
- 3ds Max – 3D modelling and visualization
- SketchUp – 3D modelling and design development
- Lumion – realistic rendering, walkthroughs and presentation visualization
- Adobe Photoshop – post-production, presentation boards and image editing
- Microsoft Excel – BOQs, quantity calculations and cost estimation

Proficiency in all or most of the above software is highly preferred. Remote Work Responsibilities

- Work independently from India while meeting project deadlines.
- Coordinate with UAE-based project managers, engineers, designers and site teams through online platforms.
- Participate in virtual meetings and design reviews.
- Work with site photographs, videos, measurements and project information shared digitally.
- Maintain organized digital files for drawings, 3D models, BOQs, estimates and project documentation.
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly to project requirements and revisions.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables effectively.





Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of landscape and outdoor design.
- Understanding of swimming pool and irrigation design is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and estimation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative approach to 3D design and visualization.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Design, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Relevant experience in landscaping, swimming pools, construction or technical services.
- UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements is an advantage.
