Job Title: 2D & 3D Experiential Designer (Male Candidate) Company: Advents Events & Research Location: Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2 to 3 years (Preferences will be given to the Event Sector) Salary: ₹3,60,000 to ₹4,20,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week (Flexibility required during peak event execution/on-site setup days) Job Overview Advents Events & Research is looking for a creative, hands-on 2D & 3D Designer (Male Candidate) with 2–3 years of core industry experience to join our team at our New Delhi office . The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in the event and exhibition industry , possessing a solid understanding of how spatial designs translate into real-world fabrications. You will lead the design process for exhibition stalls, corporate events, stage backdrops, and experiential brand zones.

Key Responsibilities 3D Spatial Design Exhibition Stalls: Design innovative, functional, and structurally sound 3D custom exhibition stalls, pavilions, and chalets based on client briefs.

Event Set Design: Conceptualise stage designs, backdrops, entry gates, pre-function areas, and corporate event layouts. Photo-Realistic Rendering: Produce high-quality, detailed 3D renders and walkthroughs that clearly convey materials, lighting, textures, and scale.

Technical Layouts: Generate accurate production blueprints, floor plans, and elevation drawings for fabrication and in office setup teams. 2D Graphic Design Event Branding: Design all large-format print collateral, including stall signages, fascia boards, entry arches,



standees, and comprehensive branding layouts.

Client Presentations: Create visually compelling pitch decks and design presentations to assist client servicing teams in winning new accounts.

Print Production Prepping: Format and prepare print-ready digital artwork files, ensuring precise dimensions, high resolution, and bleed margins.

Requirements &

Qualifications Gender: Male candidates preferred Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience working as a core designer in an event agency.

Technical

Skills (3D): Mastery in 3D software such as 3ds Max (with V-Ray/Corona),Maya, Blender , or SketchUp.

Technical

Skills (2D): Expert command over Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator , and CorelDraw.

Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing live, executed event sets, exhibition stalls, and large-format print graphics is mandatory.

Materials Knowledge: Solid understanding of event materials (paint, acrylic, vinyl, flex, lighting) and structural production constraints.
