Role DescriptionThe 2D Creative Designer will work full-time, on-site from our Current Delhi office and will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for events, exhibitions, conferences, corporate branding, and promotional requirements.

The role will involve working closely with the event, production, and marketing teams to understand briefs and develop designs that are both creative and practical for execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative concepts and layouts for events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate requirements.
- Design event branding and collateral including banners, backdrops, stage graphics, invitations, standees, signage, brochures, social media creatives, and other promotional materials.
- Convert client and internal briefs into professional 2D designs.
- Prepare artwork and final files according to production and printing requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors,



and internal stakeholders to ensure designs are executed correctly and on time.
- Make design changes and revisions based on client and internal feedback.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, especially during busy event periods.

Requirements

- Only candidates with relevant event-industry design experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Creative Design and Graphic Design.
- Previous experience designing for events, exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, or similar event-related projects is required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, or equivalent design software.
- Ability to understand event briefs and create designs that can be practically executed for print, production, and digital use.
- Good understanding of branding, layouts, typography, colour, and visual communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to make revisions based on feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing event-related design work is required.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but relevant practical experience will also be considered.
