Job Title: 2D & 3D AutoCAD Architect – Rooftop DesignJob Description

We are looking for an experienced 2D & 3D AutoCAD Architect with strong architectural drawing, feet & inches detailing, and rooftop conceptual design skills. The candidate should be able to prepare accurate drawings and support onsite execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D architectural models and concepts.
- Work on rooftop, terrace and curved architectural designs.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Prepare drawings with accurate feet & inches dimensions.
- Read and understand GFC / working drawings.
- Convert design concepts into practical and executable drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, 3D visualizers and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Verify site measurements and incorporate changes into drawings.
- Prepare drawing revisions based on project requirements.
- Support onsite execution and design coordination.

Mandatory Qualification

- B.Arch
- M.Arch
- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship

Architecture qualification is mandatory.

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid AutoCAD 2D & 3D skills.
- Excellent understanding of feet & inches measurements and architectural dimensions.
- Ability to independently prepare accurate drawings.
- Good understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio/drawing samples required.
