? Role OverviewThe role will focus on Product Lifecycle Maturity, with responsibility for driving workflow transitions, team enablement, process adherence, continuous improvement, and delivery analytics across multiple product teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Onboarding & Transition Management

- Lead the transition of teams to defined Jira workflows.
- Map existing statuses to target workflows and plan transition/cutover activities.
- Manage work-in-progress during workflow transitions.
- Ensure teams have a structured adjustment and adoption period.

Team Preparation & Enablement
- Conduct preparation sessions and enablement discussions with Product and Technology teams.
- Ensure new processes, workflows, and ways of working are clearly understood and adopted.

GitHub & CI/CD Pipeline Implementation
- Drive implementation and adoption of GitHub and CI/CD pipeline integration with Jira.
- Coordinate transition from existing build/deployment practices to the defined operating model.
- Validate required quality, security, and visibility controls.

Process Adherence
- Support teams in consistently following target processes, workflow practices, and ticket management standards.
- Help embed new ways of working into day-to-day delivery.





Pain Point Capture & Process Improvement
- Engage with teams to understand adoption challenges and pain points.
- Identify opportunities for process refinement and continuous improvement.

Productivity & Delivery Analytics
- Contribute to productivity and delivery analytics using team data.
- Assess process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Bottleneck Identification
- Use delivery and productivity data to identify bottlenecks across teams.
- Analyze cycle time, throughput, and delivery efficiency.

Cross-Team Process Alignment
- Work across multiple Product/Technology teams to drive consistency.
- Identify and preserve legitimate team-specific requirements where appropriate.

? Experience Required
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Change Manager, or in Agile/Technology Transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder management, team enablement, process transition, change adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps processes, Jira integrations, delivery analytics, productivity metrics, cycle-time analysis, and bottleneck identification will be highly relevant.
- Comfortable working with multiple technology/product teams, driving change, facilitating adoption, and using data to improve processes.
