Job DescriptionJob Title: CRM Manager – Real Estate Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Experience: 6–8 Years | Minimum 4 Years in a Managerial Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager – Real Estate with strong knowledge of property transactions, RERA compliance, Himachal Pradesh property laws, client management, documentation, and receivables . The candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete pre-sale and post-sale CRM process for residential/real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete CRM lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale , including client onboarding, documentation, registration, possession, and closure. Handle RERA compliance , property-related documentation, and statutory records. Robust understanding of Section 118 / HP land and property regulations , particularly requirements applicable to non-Himachali/non-resident buyers . Manage 118-related documentation and processes for eligible property transactions. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of property files, agreements, registration documents,



payment records, and client documentation . Monitor and follow up on receivables, outstanding payments, payment schedules, and collections . Prepare and maintain CRM, sales, receivables, registration, and management reports . Manage regular client communication and relationship management throughout the property lifecycle. Handle client queries and systematically resolve/escalate complex issues within defined timelines. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, Registration/Documentation teams, and external stakeholders . Ensure compliance with applicable Himachal Pradesh rules and regulations related to property purchase and ownership . Maintain complete knowledge of property purchase processes, documentation, registration, possession, and post-sale requirements . Develop SOPs and ensure systematic CRM processes and documentation. Candidate Profile 6–8 years of relevant Real Estate/CRM experience
