nWe are looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Goa property and drive revenue, profitability, occupancy and business growth.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOPn
- Develop Sales & Revenue Growth strategiesn
- Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups, Travel Trade & Leisuren
- Build strong relationships with key clients and business partnersn




- Lead Sales & Marketing with explicit targets and accountabilityn
- Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitabilityn

nREQUIREMENTS

- n
- 12–18 years of Hospitality experiencen
- Strong background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Developmentn
- Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferredn
- Strong Goa market network will be an advantagen
- Commercial mindset with strong leadership and business development skillsn
