About the Role-
We are looking for a Team Lead – Integrated Media Plannin g with 5–8 years of experienc e in developing and executing integrated media strategies across Offline and Digital Paid Media.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, and Activatio ns, along with a robust understanding of Digital Paid Med ia, including Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, LinkedIn, and OTT

The role requires a strategic planner who can build impactful media plans, manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with media partners,



and drive campaign performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
- Plan and execute campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, Activations, and Digital Paid Media .
- Prepare media plans, budget allocations, cost estimates, release orders, and campaign documentation.
- Negotiate with media owners, publishers, and vendors to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend strategic optimizations.
- Present media strategies, campaign reports, and post-campaign analyses to clients.
