CRM Team Lead – Premium Longevity Startup | New Delhi
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium, high-touch longevity practice serving founders, executives, and HNI/UHNI clients in Recent Delhi.
About the Role
Lead and grow the Relationship Management team, owning client retention, engagement, and overall client experience. Work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team on key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; build annual vision and roadmaps
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management team
- Drive client retention through strong relationship management
- Handle high-stakes client escalations with maturity and discretion
- Set team targets, conduct performance reviews, and track service quality
