Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Life Sciences Sales Director to drive business growth across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the life sciences industry and a proven track record of selling technology solutions, engineering services, digital transformation services, or staffing solutions to life sciences customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical devices, and healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, including VP Engineering, R&D; Heads, IT Directors, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, chance qualification, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
