Head – Senior Professional Knowledge Apprentice Programme

HOMRE Limited is establishing a Senior Professional Knowledge Apprentice Programme for accomplished professionals (Preferably Retired )who wish to use their experience, skills and time productively while helping build the next generation of professionals and enterprise.
We use the word “Apprentice” deliberately. Learning and contribution do not end with seniority. Under this programme, experienced leaders will apply their knowledge to live business situations, work with HOMRE’s management teams and help develop stronger companies, capable professionals and sustainable projects.
The Programme Head will establish and lead this initiative within HOM Group.
Purpose of the Programme
The programme will provide senior professionals with a structured prospect to:
• Remain professionally engaged and use their time meaningfully
• Support their personal well-being through purposeful participation
• Apply knowledge accumulated over many years to practical business challenges
