Drive complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, and Billing. Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate business needs into detailed functional design specifications and RICEF objects. Configure and maintain complex IDoc/EDI integrations for seamless electronic data interchange with third-party systems and logistics partners.
