Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD project implementations , template rollouts, and post-go-live support engagements.
- Drive complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, and Billing.
- Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate business needs into detailed functional design specifications and RICEF objects.
- Configure and maintain complex IDoc/EDI integrations for seamless electronic data interchange with third-party systems and logistics partners.
- Perform basic ABAP debugging to troubleshoot functional defects, custom enhancements, and pricing routine issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage SD-FI
