Job Description
Payroll and General Accountant - Required Nos : 15 Positions Job Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala, India Role purpose: Manage UAE-focused payroll and finance back-office activities for outsourced manpower operations, with emphasis on payroll preparation, client billing and reporting. Process monthly UAE payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, reimbursements and adjustments. Prepare payroll reconciliations and employee-wise payroll records; support WPS-related payroll requirements. Prepare client invoices based on deployment, approved timesheets, agreed rates, overtime and other billable components. Reconcile client billing against payroll and deployed manpower; support accounts receivable and outstanding follow-up. Perform
