The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads , with a clear understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads . Develop lead-generation strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives. Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS . Optimize campaigns based on audience, creatives, placements, keywords, and conversion data.



Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures. Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking . Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
