What Youll Do:
- Design and develop scalable microservices for commission processing using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and expose well designed RESTful APIs for commission calculations, adjustments, and reporting.
- Decompose monolithic commission systems into loosely coupled, domaindriven microservices.
- Implement high performance, low latency services capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Apply microservices design patterns (circuit breaker, retry, idempotency, fault tolerance).
- Develop eventdriven services using messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) where applicable.
- Optimize application performance through JVM tuning, concurrency handling, and productive resource management.
- Ensure API reliability, versioning, and backward compatibility across services.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate commission rules into scalable service logic.
- Integrate microservices with downstream systems (databases, external APIs, financial systems).
- Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) for distributed systems.




- Support production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

What Youll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology, or related field, plus relevant years of experience in a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with eventdriven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Knowledge of resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries, timeouts).
- Strong problem solving, debugging, and system design skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration in global, crossfunctional teams.

Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Java development with strong core Java and JVM fundamentals.
- Hands on experience building microservices using Spring Boot.
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design and development.
