Technical Delivery Manager

to lead end-to-end technology delivery across a large

Banking Portfolio , spanning

Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking, Payments, Real Estate, Disputes, and Member Protection .
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines

strong banking domain expertise, technical depth, customer management, P&L; ownership, and an AI-first mindset .
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end

technology delivery and P&L; performance

for the Banking Portfolio
Drive delivery excellence, profitability, governance, and operational performance
Partner with senior business and customer stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable technology solutions
Provide technical leadership across

Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture




Drive

AI and automation initiatives

to enhance customer experience, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency
Lead large, cross-functional

Agile engineering teams
Manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and executive stakeholder communication
Ensure solutions are

secure, scalable, resilient, compliant, and customer-centric
Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement

✔️ Strong experience in

Banking / Financial Services
✔️ Expertise across

✔️ Proven

✔️ Technical expertise in
