Cloud Security Web LLC is a US-based IT staffing and technology services company supporting organizations with skilled IT professionals across various technology domains.
We are looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Specialist who can independently generate new business and establish direct client and Tier-1 vendor relationships in the US market.
This is NOT a generic sales or marketing position. We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience acquiring clients for US IT staffing / IT consulting companies.
Key Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new direct clients and Tier-1 IT staffing vendors in the US.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, vendor managers, staffing managers,
Talent Acquisition teams, MSPs and VMS programs.
- Generate recent client accounts, staffing requirements, contract opportunities and consulting engagements.
- Develop and maintain a strong US client/vendor pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking and other business development channels.
- Research companies that regularly hire IT contractors and technology consultants.
- Establish relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs and VMS programs.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruiting team to provide qualified candidates.
- Negotiate rates, terms, contracts and business agreements when applicable.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting → initial contact → qualification → requirement generation → submission → interview → placement/engagement.
