Role Overview

We are seeking an enterprising, strategic, and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager to drive our Brand Experiences & Client Strategy mandate. Reporting directly to the DGM, you will act as a critical execution engine—translating corporate communication objectives into engaging live experiences.



The ideal candidate blends sharp business development acumen with strategic thinking, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate platforms, large-scale live programmes, and experiential campaigns from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Business Development
- Strategic Proposal Development: Support the DGM in translating client business objectives into robust brand strategies, comprehensive proposals, and pitching presentations.
- Recent Client Acquisition: Identify, research, and map prospective corporate clients to build a healthy pipeline for integrated brand experiences.
- Brief Deconstruction: Analyze inbound client briefs to identify core communication goals, target audience insights, and strategic positioning opportunities.
- Existing Account Growth: Nurture relationships with key corporate stakeholders to identify opportunities for account scaling and repeat business.
