Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SAP OTC / AATP Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and enhance Available-to-Promise capabilities for global supply chain operations.

Engagement: C2C
Compensation: ₹25.5–30.0 LPA
Shift: Primarily IST hours, with a couple of hours overlapping with PST

Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of OTC and AATP processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Configure and optimize ATP, Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Supply Assignment functionalities.
- Support end-to-end order management processes including:
- Pricing
- Credit Management
- Delivery Scheduling
- Billing
- Returns
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Sales teams.
- Conduct SIT/UAT , troubleshoot defects, and drive issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides,



and training materials.
- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
- Work with technical teams on enhancements, customizations, and interface solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in SAP OTC and AATP functional consulting .
- Robust hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA AATP .
- Strong experience with:
- Product Allocation (PAL)
- Backorder Processing (BOP)
- Supply Assignment
- Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
- Deep understanding of:
- Order Management
- Delivery Scheduling
- Billing

- Experience working in high-volume, global supply chain environments.
- Ability to design and configure complex ATP rules and allocation strategies .
