nKey Responsibilities
n✅ Process mortgage loans from initiation to approval, including:
n
- n
- Opening loan filesn
- Ordering and reviewing documentationn
- Pre-qualifying applicantsn
- Preparing disclosure statementsn
- Submitting loans for approvaln

n✅ Handle loan servicing and operational activities such as:
n
- n
- Deal closingn
- Drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and pre-paymentsn
- Funding and rate fixingsn
- Fee processing and external paymentsn
- Interest collectionsn




- Nostro and Past Due Reconciliationsn

n✅ Ensure:
n
- n
- 100% compliance with process policies, controls, and guidelinesn
- Timely completion of transactions within SLAn
- End-to-end exception management and issue resolutionn
- Accurate MIS/KPI reportingn
- Continuous process improvement and automation initiativesn

n✅ Collaborate with:

- Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teamsn
- Borrowers, Agents, Trustees, and Banking Partnersn

nRequired Skills
nStrong communication and comprehension skills
nKnowledge of loan processing, mortgage operations, accounting, and financial concepts
nLoan calculations and financial analysis skills
nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

nPreferred Skills
n✔ Experience in Mortgage Loan Processing or Loan Servicing
n✔ Exposure to Loan IQ or similar loan management platforms
