Job DescriptionAbout PRiSM Learning / e-GMAT
n

nPRiSM Learning is the company behind e-GMAT, the brand that pioneered online GMAT prep and remains the #1 prep company in the category: 3,000+ reviews on GMAT Club at a 4.7 rating, more than three times the reviews of any competitor.
n

nFounded by alumni of IIT Delhi and BITS Pilani, e-GMAT was built at the intersection of learning science, pedagogy, data and technology. Our co-founder Payal Tandon, the world‘s #1 GMAT instructor, has guided tens of thousands of students to their target scores. Rather than scaling through more instructors, we encoded her pedagogy into AI-powered products. Over the last five years, e-GMAT has sent more students to M7 business schools and ISB than any other prep company in the world.
n

nWe serve 10,000+ paying students a year with a team of 10. Our vision is to reach 5,000,000+ students over the next four to five years, across every competitive exam: GMAT, GRE, SAT, ACT, IELTS, GATE and more.
n

nOwn the next stage of growth

nYour mandate is to deliver 15% quarter-on-quarter business growth across e-GMAT and Prism Learning Academy. You will define where that growth should come from, build the strategy to achieve it, and develop the team and systems that turn it into a repeatable capability.
n

nThe scope spans our businesses. You will make choices about customers, products, positioning, channels and investment - and remain accountable for how those choices add up to growth. As the opportunity expands, you will help shape and expand the team needed to pursue it.
n

nThe chance you will build on
nOur work brings together subject expertise, learning technology and close insight into how students prepare, struggle and succeed. e-GMAT gives you an established business to understand and grow. Prism Learning Academy‘s broader ambitions create opportunities to bring our capabilities to additional products and audiences.
n
