nWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Life Sciences Sales Director to drive business growth across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the life sciences industry and a proven track record of selling technology solutions, engineering services, digital transformation services, or staffing solutions to life sciences customers.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical devices, and healthcare organizations.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, including VP Engineering, R&D; Heads, IT Directors, Procurement, and Business Leaders.n
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification,



proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.n
- Develop account growth strategies for existing customers while acquiring current logos.n
- Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and presales teams to develop customer-specific solutions.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.n
- Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.n
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.n
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular updates on sales activities.n
- Stay updated on life sciences industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.n

nRequired Skills

- 12+ years of B2B sales experience in the Life Sciences domain.n
- Experience selling to global pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.n
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.n
