Job Description VP / SVP – PAN India Preferred Location: Hyderabad Coverage: Andhra Pradesh | Telangana | Tamil Nadu | Karnataka ( Base Location Hyderabad) Work Week: 6 Days a Week Reporting To: BFSI CBO Role Overview We are looking for a senior business leader to take end-to-end ownership of sourcing and distribution across South India, with a strong focus on building scalable Digital, Contact Center, Partner/Referral and Feet-on-Street (FOS) channels for Loans and Cards. The role will be responsible for regional P&L;, business growth, channel development, productivity, quality, compliance and building a strong leadership and operating ecosystem across the four southern states. Key Responsibilities 1. Build & Scale Digital Sourcing * Set up and scale a high-performance contact center-led digital sourcing model for Loans and Cards across South India. * Own P&L;, productivity, conversion, quality, customer experience and compliance. * Drive technology-enabled sourcing and continuously improve channel economics. 2.



Develop Partner / Referral Network * Build a large and scalable Partner/Referral Network across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. * Identify, onboard, activate and manage external sourcing partners and referral partners. * Design and manage effective variable-pay and incentive models to drive sustainable sourcing. 3. Establish Feet-on-Street (FOS) Distribution * Design and build the end-to-end FOS sourcing model for Loans and Cards. * Own hiring, deployment, territory allocation, productivity, incentives and governance. * Build a high-performance field sales organisation with solid execution discipline. 4. Build South India Sourcing Ecosystem Create an integrated multi-channel sourcing ecosystem across: * Digital * Contact Center * Partner / Referral * Feet-on-Street (FOS) Drive scale while maintaining a strong focus on unit economics, customer quality, compliance and sustainable growth. 5.
