Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have

Windows Server Administration
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.
- Perform server provisioning, patch management, upgrades, and system hardening.
- Monitor server performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage file servers, print servers, and application servers.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and infrastructure-related issues.
- Install, configure, and manage Bitvise SSH/SFTP servers in enterprise environments.
- Create and manage secure file
