We are looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Global Incentive Compensation team in Hyderabad. The role will consist in supporting sales inquiries with respect to variable compensation while developing and maintaining positive customer relations with sales representatives.



The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. This individual must be comfortable providing guidance on resolution while adhering to policies and processes.
This position requires solid organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and work with remote teams.
Responsibilities
* Receive, investigate and resolve incoming inquiries related to variable compensation. Frequent communication with account executives and sales management via commission cases and become a trusted advisor to our Sales teams.
