About the role
The Senior Manager Risk & Reporting provides risk management, and controls support to the Leadership Team across Operating Unit Finance Hubs,



covering Finance processes as well as Operating Unit risks managed by the Finance Hubs.
The role is responsible for strengthening the control workplace through proactive risk assessment, effective risk mitigation, root cause analysis, remediation of process and control deficiencies, and clear reporting on the overall status of risks and controls. You will partner closely with Finance process organisations, Hub Leadership, Market Finance Directors and other key stakeholders to ensure risks are appropriately identified and mitigated through a sound and effective control framework. You will also support local and global process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives and operating effectiveness programmes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
The role will oversee local and global Financial Risk Management & Controls (FRMC) activities and In-Country Shared Service Centres (ICSS), while helping build a culture of proactive risk man
