Job Description
Payroll and General Accountant -
Required Nos : 15 Positions
Job Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala, India
Role purpose:
Manage UAE-focused payroll and finance back-office activities for outsourced manpower operations, with emphasis on payroll preparation, client billing and reporting.
- Process monthly UAE payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, reimbursements and adjustments.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and employee-wise payroll records; support WPS-related payroll requirements.
- Prepare client invoices based on deployment, approved timesheets, agreed rates, overtime and other billable components.
- Reconcile client billing against payroll and deployed manpower; support accounts receivable and outstanding follow-up.
