Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Accounts Payable to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments, maintaining solid internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process , ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Verify, approve, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accurate AP records
- Manage vendor relationships, reconcile vendor accounts, and resolve
