We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the brand and growth agenda through its next stage of expansion.
The role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical rigour, commercial understanding and team leadership. The Head of Marketing will play a central role in shaping how customers discover, experience and build a relationship with the brand across digital, retail and other customer touchpoints.
The mandate includes building a differentiated premium brand, driving customer acquisition and retention, increasing retail footfall, strengthening digital performance and creating marketing systems capable of supporting the brand's growth across new markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing strategy
Build and execute the annual marketing strategy across brand, digital, footfall and revenue growth, aligning closely with the company’s business objectives.




Translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, campaigns and measurable growth initiatives.
Develop a strong understanding of customer behaviour, market trends and competitive positioning to continuously refine the brand and marketing strategy.
Drive market expansion
Support the brand's expansion into new cities and markets by identifying attractive customer segments, geographies and growth opportunities.
Use market and customer insights to develop relevant positioning and go-to-market strategies for new locations.
Build marketing models that can be effectively replicated as the retail and franchise network expands.

Shape and evolve the brand's premium brand identity, ensuring explicit differentiation in the competitive jewellery and luxury retail landscape.
