Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the SDR/BDR team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.

• Own outbound prospecting strategies across email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.

• Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline for Account Executives.

• Define and refine ICP, target account lists, messaging, and prospecting strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

• Set and monitor SDR KPIs including activity volume, connect rates, meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.

• Develop and maintain SDR playbooks, call scripts, email sequences, and objection-handling frameworks.





• Work closely with Marketing to convert MQLs into qualified sales opportunities through timely follow-ups.

• Manage SDR tools and systems, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, intent data, and dialers.

• Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, role-plays, and pipeline reviews to coach and develop SDRs.

• Forecast pipeline generation and provide regular performance reports to Sales leadership.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations on territory planning, lead routing, and sales processes.

• Identify and test current prospecting channels, tools, and outbound strategies to improve top-of-funnel performance.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inbound/outbound sales.

• 2–3+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Proven experience in building or scaling SDR functions and achieving pipeline generation targets.
