Accountabilities

Lead medium- to high-complexity clinical trials or lower-complexity clinical trial programs, taking full accountability for deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and performance metrics.

Own study-level client relationships by establishing effective communication channels, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Oversee project financial performance, including budget management, revenue recognition, forecasting, resource planning, and scope changes.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans and communicating risk status and mitigation strategies to clients and stakeholders.
