We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
• Lead requirements discovery for Dynamics 365 Sales via workshops/interviews; document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, epics/user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation and readiness for delivery
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales (Leads, Opportunities,
Accounts/Contacts, Activities, business process flows, dashboards/views/forms, business rules, security roles)
• Translate business needs into functional designs/specifications and support developers/architects on integrations, data migration, and extensibility
• Plan and coordinate UAT (test scenarios, execution support, defect triage, traceability, and business sign-off)
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement
• Track and report sprint/release progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown/burnup, velocity), highlighting risks and dependencies
• Proactively manage and remove impediments; escalate issues and coordinate across teams where required
• Support change and adoption through training materials, release notes, and hypercare
• Maintain delivery documentation aligned to governance, security, and complianc
