Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale Quillbot's affiliate growth program end to end. You will drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation across a network of 2,000+ partners spanning product reviewers, comparison sites, creators, cashback platforms, and verified communities. You will optimize program performance, manage commercial terms, oversee quality control, and use structured analysis to improve CAC, ROAS, and partner ROI. You will partner with Creative, Product, Finance,



and Legal to expand the partner ecosystem, enhance tracking and measurement, and ensure compliance and revenue quality. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct ownership of partner relationships, program operations, and performance growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive partner recruitment, activation, and revenue growth across QuillBot's global affiliate ecosystem.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic affiliate partners; negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs to expand the network, drive performance, and maximize ROI.

• Setup and manage affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking codes, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, and ongoing partner support to ensure activation, retention, and positive relationships.
