Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Accounting department, maintaining solid financial process controls, operational efficiency, and supporting hotel growth.
• Develop and implement business strategies, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage the Accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, accountability, and performance.
• Take ownership of the hotel budget and overall Profit & Loss performance.
• Ensure that all accounting functions are properly controlled, reviewed, and developed in accordance with company standards.
• Analyse business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to improve financial results.
