We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Team Lead, SaaS Applications to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment while leading a team of Salesforce Administrators.



The ideal candidate will combine deep experience in Salesforce configuration, automation, user support, and data management with solid people leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

•
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, including regular one-on-one meetings, goal setting, performance feedback, career development, and support for day-to-day execution.

•
Set team priorities, assign work, balance capacity, remove blockers, and ensure commitments are delivered with appropriate quality and timeliness.

Provide technical and functional guidance to the team, review proposed solutions and configurations, and promote consistent standards, documentation, and Salesforce best practices.

Serve as the first point of escalation for team members and operational issues, coordinating resolution and communicating risks, dependencies, and status to SaaS Appli
